Through thick and thin I have had an interesting life, from several different types of relationships to learning how to grow up.
The relationships which have affected me in one way or another are Taylor H., Page S., Elizabeth L., and Olivia B. First off, Taylor H. was someone I thought would be my first but taught me that I was not ready for dating. While we have talked briefly I learned the importance of knowing the difference between a fling and relationship.
The second relationship was Page S. who taught me the importance of being confident. While I did not have the chance to talk to her about my feelings for her I knew that this taught me the importance of taking a leap and hoping things work out. The third relationship that has affected me is Elizabeth L. who has been there since day one, the one who was someone I could rely on and help me when I was unsure of myself. Lastly Olivia B. showed me the importance of not thinking and just living in the moment.
lost but found
Though school was an interesting part of my life, I appreciate the people who have stayed around. In middle school I was a lost troubled kid, who watched by when another student pulled the fire alarm and I held the fire door. As well as ask how my mom was doing when I was younger, let alone I would also walk out of class and walk around the school.
Through these mistakes, my parents became stricter, and my support system got stronger. Through experiencing volunteering first hand I was able to see the positivity which came from helping out those less fortunate. Above all else, my senior year was truly interesting as I had only 6 months prior to graduate to finish all of my responsibilities. In the end I learned what it meant to be a hard worker and what it meant to stick through something when it got tough.
My first year of college was interesting, I went to Landmark College in Vermont and during this time I learned that disabilities do not limit the person. After transferring I was blessed by landing an acceptance letter at Assumption College during my time at Assumption I learned what my passion is which is creating content and adding a concentration to my college degree.
