Dating is truly an art form, one of my good friends is in a position that has his wishing for a relationship but does not know what path to take which will led him to better understanding himself so he is better prepared for meeting someone who shares the same values, goals and morals.
[The most important key factor is to never rush or force it]
When it comes to wanting to be in a relationship or getting ready for one you should know what your goals are for the future. While you can never truly be ready for a relationship, it is key to recognize that the best relationships or friendships are the ones you least expected. Life has a unique way of bringing special people into our lives at the right times. Some may be friends for a season, while others may be a lifetime. You truly never know what will happen until you live and experience it.
Though dating has shifted from in person to more virtual now that the pandemic has swept the world. It is important during these times to work on oneself and ensure that they are living up to their full potential. I recommend for those who feel lost to continue working on bettering yourself everyday, writing down one thing you are grateful for. In doing this exercise you begin to appreciate the things around you more, thus becoming more exuberant when you talk to others.
When you are happy and are doing things you love, people will notice that and be attracted to that quality in you. It’s not about seeking a relationship but rather letting life come to you and working to improve yourself daily.
[When you least expect it life will bring someone into your life that will want to share that happiness and grow a future with you]
While it is a hard thing to grasp at a young age, as you get older you mature physically and mentally and those types of things become easier to hear and understand. For those currently trying to figure this world, know that you are not alone. In fact, some adults still don’t know what their purpose is in life.
