Do you think one of these thoughts when making conversation with someone:
If so, these three thoughts can hinder anyone from establishing a meaningful relationship wether personal or professional.
When it comes to starting & holding a conversation, it is important to keep these things in mind, from finding a purpose to your conversation to using simple conversation openers & mentioning a shared experience.
When it comes to morning routines it can be challenging in the beginning. However after a few weeks it has become second nature. I first wake up at 4:30am and get ready for the gym. Following this I usually have a quick drink of water. After I workout I then check my two emails school and personal, following this I get to work either working on articles, upcoming podcast episodes or my school work.
When it comes to waking up:
Pick the time that’s right for you
When will you go to bed
[Above all else, this is what I recommend you do if you are considering creating a morning routine]
Make your bed
Put off checking your phone
Stretch your body
Drink some water
Wash your face
Check your to do list
By making a list you’ll be more productive and thus making your time effective!

With this being said here are the 7 keys to happiness! First off, it is important to be happy with yourself, to like yourself means that you are happy with who you are. It means that you accept your weaknesses and forgive yourself for them. Next, be happy with your mind. Internal happiness is largely affected by what you do inside your head in terms of your thoughts & beliefs. In addition to this, be happy with what you have!

When you are happy with your present, staying in the present is a really important practice that can be extremely good for your brain. It really helps you escape from any stress or worry or bad feeling as they only exist in your past and future thoughts. In addition to this, be happy with your future. Setting up your life so that you schedule in things that you love and enjoy in your future is critical. Lastly, be happy with your loved ones. When it comes to coaching it is important to keep in mind these 6 qualities! First off, determination will help push those who are having a tough time. They are 100% determined to help you overcome your challenges and will work as hard as possible to make sure that they support you in achieving your goals. Going off of this, flexibility is an important quality to have as it will help you shift your perspective when it comes to helping those your coaching achieve their goals!
[This means using creative solutions and doing things differently to how you would have done it as well as differently to how they would have done it]
Furthermore, honestly makes you differ from those who BS with people. Coaches are not meant to be cheerleaders they are there to make you work hard to see the results you are looking for! In addition to this, belief inspires you're client to have faith in the process. This will become a domino effect, and will create hope for them which will lead to more successful outcome. From this, inspiration is part of your job as a coach. The more inspiring you are, the more motivated and determined your clients will feel after a session with you. Lastly, having a sense of humor will provide a break from working hard.
[Laughter changes the brain in really great ways and enables you to think about your issues differently and gain a more useful perspective]
When looking for a bargain keep in mind these five tips
Be prepared to walk away
Know what you will walk away to if they do not offer you a good enough bargain.
Name your price first
There is a concept in negotiation called Anchoring. It means that the first figure mentioned will set down the anchor and influence figures mentioned from then on. Make sure you are the first person to say a price.
Do your research
Understand the product you are negotiating over and what the price is in different places. The more facts you have at your disposal the easier it will be for you to hold a strong bargaining positioning.
Be really nice
People are influenced by people they like. There is a myth that suggests that bargaining is about arguing with the other person. It is not. It is about persistence and making an effort but always being as nice as possible to the other person to help them make up their mind.
Give them an excuse
Maybe you will soon be looking for something else or maybe you have friends that may be interested. Only make promises that you will keep but think of ways to make them happy to give you a bargain.
You will get through it, whatever it is.
Sometimes things don’t work out, and that’s a good thing.
Every bad situation has the ability to make you stronger, better in really good ways!
Clothes are about warmth, then style.
Good looks only get you so far.

Stop fearing failure.
It's ok to not know what you want to do for the rest of your life.

Your tastes will change, from food to people.

After being able to travel to the UK, and Japan I have generated a list of good habits for when it comes to traveling. When you plan what you are going to do while traveling, incorporate the habits you want into your schedule. If it is not in your schedule, you are less likely to do it. Going off of this, it is important to identify things which may make the trip challenging at times. For example, if you are spending a lot of time in airports, it is not always easy to find high protein, low carbohydrate food. Knowing this ahead of time means you can come prepared. You can plan to exercise at night before dinner or bring a protein bar to the airport!
When you decide on the habits you want to keep, understand WHY you want to keep them and how great it will be once you do. Branching off of this, there will be downtime if you do not plan out your whole trip with this being said do not sit and lounge all day for 20 to 30 mins. a day is fine anymore time than this and your wasting time you could be doing something else. Lastly, it is important to adapt to the environment around you. Be aware that you may have certain environmental restrictions and prepare for that.
In the first place, assume liability for the error. Acknowledge that it is on you and you are the individual who needs to represent it. This quality is particularly missing yet it shows boldness, initiative and strength. Going off of this, it is important to recognize what you have gained from the slip-up. Comprehend the exercise and focus on never committing that error again. The issue isn't the point at which you commit an error however when you rehash the mix-up so ensure that you don't.
When it comes to possible future situations, it is important to try not to make the same mistake. Be clear on precisely what you will do instead and devise an arrangement that guarantees you do this new behavior all things being equal. Lastly, cut yourself a little leeway, offer yourself a reprieve and continue on. You are human and that is OK.
How you manage them and skip back thus is the genuine contrast between the individuals who win and the individuals who stay stuck discovering reasons why they can't.
At long last, start working constantly at whatever it is and reward yourself appropriately. Give yourself treats of doing things you appreciate after you have done the less agreeable jobs.
Actually getting things going and completing things is completely in your locus of control. The reasons we invest energy creating are trivial and pointless. All they serve to do is defer what we really need to have occur. As you follow the means above, additionally start to consider yourself to be the sort of individual who gets things going. When you own that personality, you will begin to turn into a rainmaker.
